Directive No. 1 was the first directive issued to the Nasi Military. It was released November 24, 1934.
ARTICLE I If any enemy ship, of any type or class, is captured then it may be put to use in our Navy. The ship must be cleared to pass to be used however, and it must be throughouly checked to make sure there is nothing that is a threat/harm onboard. ARTICLE II The same rules apply for a submarine. ARTICLE III Any captured enemy equipment may be used for combat. Any harmful equipment must not be picked up. Also, anything such as food and water may not be used, as it may be poisened. If you are to use it each legion/squad/squadron comes with a poision detector.
It was released on November 24, 1934. It became available worldwide on November 27, 1934, however 3 days later.
